What happens to your documents
- They upload over an encrypted connection into a private vault that only our staff can open. Nothing is public, and nothing is sent to any AI or third-party tool.
- Our staff move them to air-gapped machines, where we work on them with software we built ourselves.
- The online copy is deleted within 24 hours of retrieval, or after 14 days if we do not take the case.
Useful to attach, if you have them
- Title deed (aadharam) and the previous deed
- Latest land tax receipt
- Possession certificate / location certificate
- Thandaper / BTR extract, if you have it
- Location sketch or survey sketch
- Any notice, order or letter you received (Data Bank, RDO, Tahsildar, LLMC)
- Photos of the land
Photos taken with a phone are fine. Do not include Aadhaar or PAN unless we ask for them.
