Client documents are processed on air-gapped machines — computers that never connect to the internet — using software we built ourselves.

Shrinking a scanned deed to fit a government portal’s upload limit is usually done on a free website — which means a copy of someone’s title, Aadhaar or tax receipt has been uploaded to a stranger’s server. We do that work offline, and we are moving more of our processes the same way.
